Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all original yarn labels intact.

Be sure to include your order number, the date it was received, and the reason for your return request in the email. 

We cover the cost of return shipping only for defective products or merchant errors.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
